Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance or a binding quote. No coverage exists until an insurance carrier accepts an application and issues a policy, and the first premium is paid. A quote, an illustration, or a conversation with us does not put coverage in place.

Where plan features are described in general terms — deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, what a policy covers — the actual policy documents govern. If this site and a policy disagree, the policy wins.

Licensing and where we can help

Well Covered Solutions, LLC is a licensed independent insurance brokerage, licensed to sell insurance in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Iowa, Texas, Florida and North Carolina. We cannot offer, quote, or bind coverage in a state where we are not licensed.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HealthCare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any federal or state government agency.

Third-party links and enrollment partners

This site links to other websites, including HealthSherpa, HealthCare.gov, insurance carriers, and the Better Business Bureau. Those sites are operated by other organizations under their own terms and privacy policies.

HealthSherpa is a private company approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to handle marketplace enrollment. It is a separate business and is not operated by us. You may also enroll directly at HealthCare.gov.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any site we link to.

Using this site

You may use this site for your own personal or business purposes in connection with obtaining insurance. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access to it, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or scrape it for the purpose of building a competing service.

The text, design and content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share it for your own use, but not republish it as your own.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but insurance rules, plan designs, premiums and enrollment dates change frequently and sometimes without notice. We do not warrant that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. You also have the right to contact the insurance regulator in your state directly. In Nevada that is the Nevada Division of Insurance; in Utah, the Utah Insurance Department.
